Our people are the most important asset our business has. We continually invest in their personal development and pride ourselves on being able to supply our clients with the skills they need when they need it. Our crew and Crew Chiefs have all had a vast amount of experience in the events industry. Many are formally trained in skills that may be of use to event production managers. All our Crew Chiefs are PASMA trained.  Senior crewmen and Crew Chiefs hold forklift, scissor lift and cherry picker tickets. All of our crewmen have developed basic technical skills on site. This is continually backed up with industry relevant formal skills training.

All our crewmen have been thoroughly trained in manual handling by our dedicated manual handling trainers. Many have been on external specialist courses that have equipped them to provide our clients with a wide range of skills related to event production.  Health and Safety training is of paramount importance to us. This ensures our crewmen are safe at work and crewmen are trained in health and safety practices. Large crews always have a qualified First Aid operative on site which ensures timely help if needed.

We also motivate our crew to produce the best results for our clients. We run monthly crew competitions as well as a yearly travel incentive scheme. This year 12 hard working crewmen will be going to Cancun in Mexico. We look after our people as we have a responsibility for their well-being and professional development in a safe working environment. This contributes to offering our clients a premium crewing service that is sustainable.
