Our clients experience different forms of contact with Crewsaders. On site our crew chiefs and crewmen will ensure that all clients experience a professional, efficient and respectful encounter. Site visits are carried out on a random basis to monitor the quality of our work. Crewsaders personnel will abide at all times by our customer service charter.
- We will provide a professional and polite service showing a sense of urgency in our work and attitude at all times.
- A clean and tidy appearance is part of our preparation for work.
- Our crew will always arrive for a shift before the start time.
- We will communicate in a respectful manner with all clients, their staff and the end client.
- Crew will listen to clients and their production staff attentively asking questions to clarify their instructions.
- When enquiries of a technical or specialized nature are directed to crewmen but they cannot answer the question will be referred to the crew chief or regional manager immediately.
- At all times our crew will be friendly, courteous, fair and ensure that the clients interests come first.
- We will behave with honesty and integrity.
- We will develop and use best practices and procedures to achieve and maintain high standards of service delivery and sustainability.
- Whilst on site we will continually consult clients and production staff to identify their needs and provide a quick and efficient but safe service to meet those needs.
