If your application is successful you will be invited to interview at one of our crew bases near your home. If you are successful at the interview stage you will be invited to an induction and training session. You will be spend the day going through our crew handbook which explains basic working practices, health and safety policy, the company structure, uniform and appearance code, our sustainability and health and safety policies and client interface skills. Once you have successfully passed your induction you will be assigned to a crew base near your home and placed on our books for a probationary period. As a new crewman you will be assigned to larger crews where a crew chief or senior crewman will supervise you. Upon successful completion of your probation you will be put on our books permanently.
