The Company conducts its business in such a way so as to minimise the adverse impacts of its activities on the human and physical environments. Central to our company ethos is to continually improve our performance against targets associated with our environmental agenda and to comply with all applicable environmental legislation and BS8901 the Sustainable Events Management system. 

Crewsaders has identified significant impacts that we may have on the environment through the course of servicing our clients. In conducting our business we will ensure that our environmental objectives are planned for, implemented, monitored and met. Our objectives are too:

• Align activities with by adherence to BS8901;
• Include all our stakeholders in the implementation of our sustainability strategy;
• Design services and procure personal with a view to providing sustainable outcomes;
• Minimise waste produced in all parts of the business and aim for continual waste reduction;
• Minimise the use of all materials, supplies and energy in operations, and, wherever possible, use renewable or recyclable materials and components and reduce levels of, or eliminate, any harmful emissions;
• Assess on a continuous basis the environmental impact of operations, and adopt a transport strategy and other energy consumption targets aimed at minimising the use of energy so far as is appropriate;
• Continue the work toward supporting a comprehensive and externally audited environmental and sustainability processes with realistic targets to be achieve BS8901 accreditation.
