Who we are

Crewsaders are a trusted and experienced crewing company providing premium crewing services for events of any size and duration across the UK and Europe.

Specialising in the skilled delivery of large-scale corporate events, Crewsaders also bring expert solutions to wider event markets, including: experiential & brand activations, PR stunts, product launches, festivals & gigs, galas & awards, broadcast & TV, private functions and in-house delivery programmes. We are also proud to be a selected crewing partner for bespoke venues and luxury retail clients.


Where we operate

With our flagship office based in Birmingham and another in London, local Crewsaders operate within key UK hubs and all leading event cities including: London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Professional event crew are flexible to work across all parts of the UK and Europe and are distributed in trained teams to cover localities with specialist crew requests.

Meet the team

Our story

The concept of Crewsaders was built from a belief that stands as true today as it was back then. The belief that crewing services are the backbone of the events industry and as a sector was able to offer so much more than what was being provided.

Company founder and Managing Director Jeremy Berryman wanted to challenge the trade-wide perception that crewing was just about ‘humping gear’, and rather saw huge potential in incorporating a professional, events based approach to the skill-sets and services that event crew were able to provide.

In doing so the vision of Crewsaders was born. In 2008 the company began to empower the industry by employing expertly crafted, skilled and experienced crew who would prove extremely advantageous to onsite technicians and production managers alike. The bare bones of the services were there but Crewsaders set about leading the way in crewing more intelligently, more efficiently and more effectively.

A decade later and Crewsaders are still best known for providing the best in quality crew and the most professional, polished and knowledgeable service within the corporate crew arena. Our experience and professionalism combined with well-trained crew, ensures we provide our clients with an unlimited scope of event industry knowledge. Being familiar with the key event venues, production managers and technicians in and around the UK adds a personal touch to our offering and cements confidence in our brand.
