Without trust, great relationships cannot develop so it is crucial for us to deliver on all of our commitments to you. With a healthy respect for all, we work hard to earn and sustain the trust that we have established over the past decade through the integrity of our service.


With the breadth of knowledge and scope of events experience that we have amongst our team, we are best able to understand and future-proof the necessary and preferred needs of our clients. In doing so, we are also constantly thinking of ways to innovate and expand our deliverables in order to provide the highest quality service in all aspects of corporate crewing.

We recognise that to attract and retain the best crew in the industry, we must also be investors in people. For this reason, we provide all of our crew with London Living Wage rates of pay, benefits and incentives, as well as supporting continual training and in-house development.

Our clients experience many different forms of contact with Crewsaders, but our high standards and professional charter ensures that the whole team are consistently polite, helpful and endeavour to approach all tasks with a sense of duty, urgency and care.

Our diligent Bookings team provide a 24-hour service, which is accessible 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. We also provide tailored project management for larger scaled events.

Our pioneers have their ear to the ground when developing new technologies that propel us into the future of event services.

Over the past year we have newly developed our own in-house, mobile-first, web-based event management system (EMS). This platform allows our office, clients and crew to systematically communicate in such a way that is multi-functional and partially interoperable.

Key advantages of our live EMS include:
1) Being able to view all booking details at the touch of a button.
2) Being able to receive instant updates in live time, (enabling opt-in teams to view the latest version of their job).
3) Being able to receive quicker information such as quotes and changes to existing jobs, whilst looping in whole teams.
In short: smarter, better, faster, stronger.


Crewsaders conducts its business in such a way as to minimise adverse impacts of its activities on human and physical environments. Central to our company ethos is the ambition to continually improve our performance against targets associated with our environmental agenda and to comply with all applicable environmental legislation.

We continue to align activity with likeminded clients and include third party suppliers in the implementation of our sustainability strategy.

We are committed to achieve ISO 20121, 9001 and 14001 standards by continuing to assess ways in which to improve our sustainability targets and minimise our energy consumption.


Health and Safety is more than just an aspect of our business, it is integral to our business. The safety of our crew and all those around their workspace is paramount.

As a company we work diligently to install a high-performance, zero-loss culture where all employees are actively engaged in the correct health and safety practices whilst taking responsibility for their actions.

In doing so we stand resolute in providing a steadfast service that not only protects our employees, but also our clients and communities in which we operate.

Our Safety Management System is modelled on best practice and is underpinned by strong leadership, employee engagement, culture development and pragmatic risk management.
We are committed to the continuous improvement of safety performance and strive to ensure every project is delivered with zero-losses. We are investors in people and adopt internationally recognised training solutions with a view to improve hazard awareness and risk control across all levels of the business.

At Crewsaders all of our employed crew either hold or are in training to obtain a UK certified IOSH (Managing Safely Certificate) or are NEBOSH (Award in Health and Safety) qualified.

The Beginning

March 5 2008 – The first crew shift takes place for Crewsaders and a new prototype of crewing company is born.


Building a Team

Client demand continues to rise as Crewsaders are voted 3rd best company to work for in the ‘Fab 50’ by Event Magazine. This happens only months before Crewsaders become first-ever official crewing services supplier to be awarded the world-famous Farnborough International Airshow contract. June 2010 saw Crewsaders reach the 100,000 crew hour mark.


Building Recognition

London 2012 was a huge turning point as the world watched London evolve into a leading global event city. We took great pride in assembling the Tower Bridge Olympic Rings.


Building the Brand

2014 continued as the year of building the company profile, as Crewsaders became award winning crew, securing the ‘Best Crewing Company’ accolade at the Event Production Awards.


Breaking the Ceiling

By the end of 2015 Crewsaders had already broke the ceiling with well over 1 million crew hours under its belt. In 2016 the company won several game changing contracts, propelling us further into leading supplier status territory.

We marked the occasion by hosting a family fun day for all Crewsaders and clients. It was a poignant time for us all to reflect on our main achievements to date:

  • we have crewed on 6 of the 7 continents
  • worked in over 5,000 venues worldwide
  • crewed in over 40 countries for more than 2,000 satisfied clients

Creative Expansion

Crewsaders continue to smash through targets with 2 million crew hours forecast by September 2019.
Exciting plans lie ahead for the team as creative expansion, new partnerships and professional development continues.
