Accept More OptionsKiwi born Jeremy stumbled across the world of events by chance when in 1998 a neighbour back in London was desperate for some help on a 100-man job.
Ten years later and with a raft of international events under his belt, Jeremy had a thirst to shake up the crewing scene and revamp the preconception of corporate event crew by offering a more expert service.
Entrepreneurial and venturous by nature, Jez, alongside a childhood friend, went on to successfully launch Crewsaders in 2008. Since then Jez has taken great pride in watching the company grow and mature into the resilient and successful business that it continues to be today.
Having worked from grassroots up within the crewing industry for 8 years prior, Calum joined Crewsaders in 2009 and since then has overseen the company’s expansion and operational development firsthand.
Taking a direct approach by implementing and regulating best practice for the business and remaining informed of how the wider events industry is functioning is central to Calum’s role.
Furthermore, Calum takes pride in being able to build and maintain meaningful relationships with both clients and his workforce, firmly maintaining that the most valuable thing to embrace in business is the trust and respect of great people.
