An Epic Challenge: 30 Marathons in 30 Days. One Powerful Mental Health Message.
A major UK-wide endurance challenge finishes on 30th April as Crewsaders crew chief David Walmsley is about to complete his last few marathons from the Isle of Skye to London. This extraordinary journey has tested his physical and mental health in more ways than one. Running through Storm Dave's snow and wind as well as climbing the equivalent of Ben Nevis twice, he conquered Scotland. Rain, busy roads and the need to find new paths through Wales and England didn't stop him. He is about to complete his epic challenge, running 30 full marathons in 30 consecutive days.

Basils' Bar at Fox on the Green, London will host a 30 Marathons finish line fundraising event on Thursday 30th April, 4PM – 8PM, celebrating David Walmsley's epic journey.
No charge to attend. Just turn up.
Run the Last Mile with David
Join in the fun with David and run the last mile of his epic journey. Run along leafy Regents Canal to Islington Green.
Meet at 3:30PM Thursday 30th April at Granary Square Footbridge (next to the Regents Canal Tow Path), Kings Cross, London N1C 4PQ.
Who Is David Raising Funds For?
His challenge has been not only about the run, but about raising funds for mental health support, benefiting charities including MIND, Scottish Action for Mental Health and events entertainment industry charity Backup Tech.
The challenge has aimed to shine a spotlight on the growing mental health pressures faced across industries and communities, particularly within high-demand sectors such as events and entertainment.
